Artwork Mig Feuser

Mig Feuser’s artistic journey began in the late 1970s, when he studied art under the internationally acclaimed painter Josef Ferdinand Seitz (1942-2006) while still in high school. During those formative years, he was also the cartoonist for his school newspaper, laying the foundation for a lifelong connection to visual expression.

After graduation, Feuser shifted his creative focus from drawing to photography—a passion that later became an integral part of his professional life when he entered journalism in the 1990s. Alongside photography and videography, he remained closely involved in graphic design, creating striking visuals not only for sailboat designs on Lake Constance but also for the covers of his own books.

Having spent several years as a cultural and arts journalist, Feuser stepped into the spotlight as an exhibiting artist in 2011. His debut exhibition, featuring the vibrant and whimsical Flowerduck photo art series, premiered at the Museum of Rerik on Germany’s Baltic coast. A few years later, he expanded his portfolio with the evocative Silhouettes series, further establishing his unique voice in contemporary visual art.

Today, Feuser continues to blend his journalistic eye with artistic vision, crafting works that invite viewers to see the world from fresh, imaginative perspectives.
